How it works
What happens after you send one domain.
A matter runs in three phases, and the first one costs nothing. This is what each phase does, what we need from you, and what comes back.
- I / Diagnose
Diagnose
Within 48 hours
We map your domain surface: every registration that resembles your name, resolves to something, or is positioned to. Each one is scored for the confusion it can cause and the revenue it can divert, and ranked by how recoverable it actually is.
What we need
- One brand domain
- Your registered marks, if you have them
What comes back
- A private map of every lookalike registration
- Each one ranked by recovery probability
- A written recommendation on which are worth pursuing
Confidential, obligation-free, and yours to keep whatever you decide next.
- II / Recover
Recover
Most matters filed within ten business days
We pursue the path with the highest probability of success for that registration, and the path is chosen per domain rather than per client: a typosquat with a live checkout and a parked homograph are not the same matter and do not take the same route.
What we need
- Authorisation to act
- Evidence of your mark and its use
What comes back
- A complete evidence package, built for the procedure
- The filing, and the docket it sits in
- Status as the response window runs
You approve before anything is filed in your name.
- III / Defend
Defend
Ongoing, once the immediate threat is gone
A recovered domain is the middle of the work. The surface stays mapped and watched, so the next registration against your name arrives as a notification rather than a discovery, while it is still cheap to remove.
What we need
- Nothing further
What comes back
- A standing watch list, re-scored as registrations change hands
- Notice when something new resembles your name
- A shorter, cheaper matter next time
A copycat is cheapest to remove before it has customers, reviews and a payment history.
The procedure itself
Which route a matter takes, what each one can reach, and what an evidence pack has to contain. Written for the people who have to sign it, with sources.
One domain is enough to start.
The first review is confidential, obligation-free, and comes back within 48 hours.
